repair service, even if you bought your phone
elsewhere!

have purchased an iPhone, different policy applies.
We provide the following services:
- Free repairs for faults covered by the
manufacturers warranty and within the warranty
period for phones purchased from us
- 7-14 day repairs on many handsets at our
Repair Centers.
- An insured 鈥榮end away鈥?repair service at six
of the Upnext Wireless stores.
- Fixed price repairs for damaged or out of
warranty repairs.
- Standby phones- we can lend you a phone
while your own is being fixed (subject to
availability). A refundable deposit may apply.
- Free software upgrades to enhance the
performance of your mobile phone within the
warranty period for phones purchased from us.
- Advice on whether you may be entitled to a
free upgrade rather than a repair.
Information stored on your phone (contacts, texts,
photos, downloads, etc) may be lost on repair so you
should back up information you wish to keep before
